Indoor Air Quality Investigations

RSP conducts indoor air quality investigations to assess the presence of water intrusion into buildings which often leads to bacterial and mold growth.

The building HVAC system is inspected along with building surfaces for visual indications of mold growth.

Specific analytical sampling and analysis may be required in certain circumstances and can be performed for the following indoor air parameters:

  • %RH, temperature, CO levels, CO2 levels and moisture mapping

  • Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCBs)

  • Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs)

  • Toxic metals (i.e., Lead, Arsenic, Mercury, Cadmium, etc.)

  • Asbestos

  • Bacteria and Mold

  • Fine particulates and Nanoparticles

  • Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)

  • Semi-volatile Organic Compounds (SVOCs)
